Meizu just announced the release of the Meizu 21, their newest flagship model, raising the bar in the smartphone industry. This gadget is packed with amazing improvements over its predecessor, the Meizu 20, including a faster processor, a bigger battery, faster charging, better networking, and a brighter display. But the most notable improvement is seen in the rear primary camera, which is equipped with Samsung’s innovative 200MP ISOCELL HP3 sensor.

The Meizu 21’s camera system, which replaces the 50MP unit from the previous model, is a major advancement. In June 2022, Samsung unveiled the ISOCELL HP3 sensor, which has optical image stabilization (OIS), phase-detection autofocus (PDAF), and impressive 8K video recording capabilities. A 5MP portrait camera and a 13MP sensor with an ultra-wide lens are also part of the rear camera configuration. Impressive detail can be captured in selfies taken with the 32MP front-facing camera.
Since its release, Samsung’s ISOCELL HP3 sensor has become more well-known. It can be found in smartphones such as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+, Realme 11 Pro+, Honor 90 and 90 Pro, and others. Surprisingly, Samsung hasn’t included this high-performing camera sensor in any of its devices yet.
