In this session, they’ve explained why the three-number naming was removed from the Snapdragon 8 series chipset. They have a big reason to change the pattern. The snapdragon latest pattern works like Snapdragon 8 Gen2, because of there old pattern with a three-digit number can’t define the generations of the chipsets.
